The connection I felt with him was very deep and uncanny…
I would hold him in my arms for hours as he slept…
And tears would just stream down my face…
It wasn’t sadness…
It was Two Hearts and Souls…
Communing across time and space, in a State of Pure Bliss and Innocence.

According to the “timetable charts†he was “behind†in his walking.
Â
One day…
I took him, and his little tricycle across the street, to the neighborhood elementary school.
There was a large paved area, and a little storage outbuilding with steps and a metal guard rail, leading up to the door.
Â
As we played around…
I watched him scoot his front bike tire up against the side of the cement steps.
He leaned forward, grabbed a hold of the guard rail and stood up!
Â
A Light Bulb turned on in my mind…
And my Heart began to race in Excitement!
I felt like one of Santa’s Elves…
Â
I quickly took him back across the street to the house…
Occupying him with a snack…
And into the “shop†I went!
Â
In no time at all…
I emerged with an Invention!
I named it the “EMe bar†short for Emerson’s Bar 😊
Â
He showed me so clearly what he needed…
This sweet little guy…
Just needed a little more confidence and strength to help him along!
Â
And with a little determination and know how…
I made a simple unit, that fit across the back of the couch, extension arms running up the sides with reinforced adjustable bar height holes, and a bar. The bar was made out of a 1†x 1†piece of wood, with the sharp edges carved down, so it would be a comfortable fit in his little hands.

I set it up, attached some of his toys to the bar, and sat on the couch inviting him towards me to play!
And WALLA…
MAGIC HAPPENED!

He crawled to me, grabbed the bar and pulled himself up!
Â
I could “feel†and “see†him Transform in front of me!
It was Exhilarating for Both of Us!
I witnessed him walking on his own a few days later!
Â
“Magic Wands†come in All sorts of Shapes, and Sizes, and Colors, and Forms!
With the Heart and Mind Aligned…
Fueled by Love and Beneficial Intentions…
